Bike Thefts

Residents can help prevent thefts by checking on their bikes often, by using two locks to secure their bikes to the racks, and by reporting any suspicious activity immediately to security (613-241-4440).

Pet IconPet IconPet Rule Amendment October 2023 - The Pet Rule Amendment requires dog owners in the building to re-register their pets and to obtain a Corporation Dog Tag to make it easier for security to identify dogs that have been registered, as required by the original Pet Rule of August 2014. Residents are advised to exercise extreme caution when using hot water from taps, showers, and baths, and to remain mindful and cautious of the elevated water temperatures currently being delivered. Please see this Notice.

Kean Plumbing will be installing new isolation valves in the hot water system. There will be little or no hot from 8:00 am to 4:pm.  Please see this Notice for more information.
