Important Security Reminder for All Residents

Bike Thefts

Residents can help prevent thefts by checking on their bikes often, by using two locks to secure their bikes to the racks, and by reporting any suspicious activity immediately to security (613-241-4440).

Bicycles are allowed on Elevator 3 from P1 only until November 1, 2025.  

Pet IconPet IconPet Rule Amendment October 2023 - The Pet Rule Amendment requires dog owners in the building to re-register their pets and to obtain a Corporation Dog Tag to make it easier for security to identify dogs that have been registered, as required by the original Pet Rule of August 2014. Please see the Pet Rule Amendment of 2023 for more details.

One of the roof top chillers is out of commission until the overhaul of the compressors is completed.  The system will still function on one chiller, however, residents are asked to raise their thermostats to at least 73F (23C) as an effort to conserve capacity.  Please see this Notice for more information.
