Introduction
Your Board of Directors is responsible for creating and approving new rules and policies from time-to-time to ensure the security, safety, and enjoyment of our condominium building. Rules are created in response to complaints from owners, to settle disputes, or to comply with new bylaws passed by the City or the Provence. The following is a summery of the rules approved over the past several years, with links to the notifications that were sent to all Unit owners.
Admin FeesFee Rule October 2024 - To introduce the Administration Fee Schedule as a guide for Residents and Owners when accessing the various Services and Amenities in the building. Many of these fees have been in place for a long time while some new fees have been added to encourage more efficient use of our elevators, recycling, and garbage areas. Pet IconPet Rule Amendment October 2023 - The Pet Rule Amendment requires dog owners in the building to re-register their pets and to obtain a Corporation Dog Tag to make it easier for security to identify dogs that have been registered, as required by the original Pet Rule of August 2014. Pet IconPet Rule August 2014 - Introduced to provide guidance to residents on the handling of pets within the condominium and common areas. The rule also restricts the type, number, and size of pets that are allowed. Please see the Pet Notification of August 2014 for more details.
Reno IconRenovation Rule January 2017 - Introduced to provide guidance for owners on the necessary procedures to follow when planning renovations within their unit. The rule also restricts the hours of day that noise restriction will apply and how to dispose of construction debris. Please see the Renovation Notification of January 2017 for more details.
Airbnb IconRental Rule January 2017 - Introduced to provide guidance to owners on the necessary procedures to follow when renting out their unit. The rule further restricts the minimum rental period and disallows short term rentals. Please see the Respecting Tenancies Notification of January 2017 for more details.
Smoking IconSmoking Rule Amended December 2018 - Introduced to provide guidance to owners on the smoking restrictions within the building necessary to preserve the enjoyment of all residents in a relatively smoke free environment.
