All residents of 200 Rideau moving household goods and furniture In or Out of the building, or to take delivery of large items, must make arrangements with the Security Supervisor to reserve an elevator for the required Date and Time.

Time of day and durationof Elevator Reservations are reduced when one elevator is Out-of-Service. Please inquire with the Security Supervisor for more information and suggestions on working with reduced hours.

Elevator Reservations are subject to the Adminstration Fee Schedule. The fee is $75 for reservations of 1 to 3 hours in duration and $0 fee for one hour or less. The fee must be paid in advance at the front desk from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 3PM to confirm the reservation.

Request Form:

• Option 1 - Download and print out the Service Elevator Agreement, complete and sign as required, then submit in person to the Security Supervisor (Mon to Fri 7am-3pm), a minimum of 3 days prior to the move. Reservations made less than 3 days or more that 1 hour in duration will be subject to the Adminstration Fee Schedule.
• Option 2 - Review the Service Elevator Agreement, online and agree to the terms, return to this page, complete the Request Form above, then Submit the Form, a minimum of 3 days prior to the move. This submission will be deemed to be your signature on the Agreement. Reservations made less than 3 days in advance must use Option 1 above.
• Units may only request One Reservation per requested Date. Note that a $50 per hour (or partial hour there of) Administration Fee is applied after the requested Reservation Length has been exceeded.
• All Unit moves and large item deliveries must be made through the P1 Garage Entrance using Elevator 3 only (furthest on the left) as shown in the photo above. These items must never be brought through the lobby.
• You will receive a confirmation email when your moving date has been booked and all applicable adminstration fees have been paid.
