Residents can now Search for Parcels, submit requests online to Book Amenities, Reserve Elevator for moving, or Register Complaints through this website. Simply follow the links below, complete the requested Information, and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Residents of 200 and 234 can book the Lounge or Media Room using the online Reserve Amenity form, or at the 200 Rideau Front Desk.

Elevator IconElevator IconElevator - Service Agreement

All residents or 200 Rideau moving household goods or furniture in or out of the building must make arrangements with the Security Supervisor to reserve an elevator for the required Date and Time. Please follow the instructions provided on this Reserve Elevator form to reserve the elevator online or in person at least 3 days before your moving date.

Residents of 200 Rideau can use this Bicycle Storage page or contact the Security Supervisor at front desk between 7 AM to 3 PM, weekdays, to Request or Renew their Bike Rack Assignments in the garage.

All Residents and Owners of 200 Rideau are encouraged to Register a Complaint with Security for any infractions that disturb the comfort or quiet enjoyment of the property. This form is can be completed using this online Register Complaint page or obtain a paper copy at the Front Desk.

Residents of 200 and 234 Rideau are requested to Register Vehicle at 200 and 234 Rideau online to assist security in identifying unauthorized vehicles that are parked in the garage. Residents will also benefit from a Visitors Parking Policy Update that will come into effect on March 1, 2026, to improve parking availability for visitors.
