  • URGENCIES: Involve Building Damage and Access such as a Flood - call 613-234-4449 after hours and weekends, or the Front Desk at 613-241-4440 during the day. Urgency events would include water entering or originating from your Unit, toilet or sink backing up or plugged, or if you are not sure what to do.

    Primary contact for any concerns about Common Areas, Condo Units, Policy Questions, Staff Conduct, and Condo Fees. Call 613-738-4646 Ext. 6 or fax 613-738-7599
  • Superintendent: Contact through Front Desk 613-241-4440
    Responsible for building maintenance and repairs. Contact to report problems with the common elements and facilities in the building.
  • Front Desk Security: Contact by calling 613-241-4440
    Contact for Visitor Parking, Entry Control, FOBs, Condo Rules, Deliveries, and Reservations for Elevators, Lounge, Media Room, and Bike Spots.  Please note that Security is not a Concierge Service.
  • The Board of Directors: Directors email.
    Contact the Board if other avenues have not satisfied your concerns, or if you have any questions about our long term plan to maintain the building and it's facilities.
